This year, we welcomed 10 new staff members, bringing the total number of therapists in our rehabilitation department to over 50. There are many people in need of rehabilitation within the hospital and in the local community. We aim to further improve intervention time and methods so that we can provide even higher quality rehabilitation.
As part of our efforts this year, we will begin offering rehabilitation 365 days a year. We will begin by offering rehabilitation services in some wards, providing necessary rehabilitation services to hospitalized patients on Sundays and holidays. We will provide support by flexibly adjusting the time and frequency of rehabilitation sessions so that patients can return to their pre-hospital life as quickly as possible.
All of our staff will work hard to ensure that you feel glad that you received rehabilitation at Kitano Hospital.
Thank you for your continued support.

This year, we have been preparing since last year for holiday rehabilitation, and we were able to start it in some wards in June. All staff in our department will continue to work together to create a system that can provide quality and quantity rehabilitation to patients going through the critical acute phase. This year, we have also been able to welcome many new staff members, including both new and experienced staff. At the same time, we would like to create an environment where young staff can gain a wide range of experience and experienced staff can further deepen their knowledge and skills.
