- When research is conducted without the approval of the ethical review committee or the head of the research institution.
- If research is conducted without following the necessary informed consent procedures
- When fabrication or falsification of research results is discovered, which undermines the reliability of the research content
- When a report is received regarding "Leakage of Research-Related Information" as set forth in Chapter 6, Section 11-1(3) of the Guidelines
