The Medical Quality Management Headquarters is organized into the Medical Safety Management Office, the Infection Control Office, and the Improvement Promotion Office. Based on Kitano Hospital's philosophy, we will promote quality management from the perspectives of medical safety, infection control, and improvement activities in order to provide a safe and secure medical environment for all who visit the hospital.
