ISO9001:2015

With the aim of providing safe, high-quality medical care, our hospital has established a system (management system) to manage the quality of medical care, and on March 21, 2017, we obtained certification for the international standard "ISO9001:2015."

ISO9001は、品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）に関する国際規格であり、認証を取得することは、当院が「業務プロセスを適切に管理し、継続的に改善していく仕組みを備え、一貫した医療サービスを提供することができる」と国際的に認められたことを意味するものです。

Since obtaining certification, the hospital has been engaged in continuous improvement activities throughout the hospital to provide safer, higher-quality medical care, and was approved for continued registration (third renewal) on March 21, 2026.

ISO15189:2022

Our hospital's clinical testing department has been certified under the international standard ISO15189. This means that a third-party organization has guaranteed that the tests performed at our hospital are carried out using internationally recognized high technology and management systems.

We meet strict standards for our facilities, personnel, and testing procedures, and have a system in place that allows us to provide accurate and reliable data regardless of which staff performs the tests.Patients can receive safe and secure tests based on this global standard of quality assurance.
