Medical Departments
Advances and developments in medical care have led to the specialization of medical care and the increasing complexity of medical procedures. In an environment where medical professionals are required to have advanced knowledge and skills, a single mistake by a medical professional can cause unexpected or undesirable medical situations, resulting in damage to the health and life of a patient.
As medical professionals, we are required to make constant efforts to ensure the safety of our patients, and each of us must strive to improve the quality of our work and take steps to prevent accidents.
These guidelines are based on the premise that "accidents will occur," and rather than relying on the efforts of individuals, they aim to promote systematic and organized measures to prevent medical accidents at each medical department and at the hospital as a whole, and to create an environment in which appropriate, safe, and advanced medical care can be provided without betraying the trust of patients.
