Cardiovascular care is essential for pediatric care. The pediatric cardiology department focuses on treating these pediatric heart diseases, and for other diseases, a pediatric cardiologist is on duty full-time to understand the hemodynamics and manage the respiratory circulation.

Cardiac catheterization and interventions are performed on Mondays. Regarding pediatric cardiac surgery, we conduct preoperative medical care and various tests including cardiac catheterization in our department, and then present the results to a surgical conference at our affiliated hospital (a specialized cardiac facility) to decide on a course of action.
