・The Medical Safety Management Office will hold a meeting once a week to analyze incidents and evaluate efforts related to medical safety measures. We will share the details of consultations with patients and others and consider how to respond.
- Each department will prepare a business improvement plan to ensure medical safety, and the Medical Safety Management Office will record and store the implementation status and evaluation results of medical safety measures based on this plan.
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of medical safety awareness activities and staff training
- Understand follow-up visit information related to medical safety and make it known to staff.
- Plan and manage in-hospital training, and create and store training records.
- Matters concerning the medical safety management office
- Prepare and store materials and minutes used by the committee.
- Communicate and coordinate with departments related to medical safety.
- Confirmation of safety management implementation status through patrol safety inspections
- Conduct regular hospital rounds to check the status of safety management.
- Response in the event of a medical accident
- When a medical accident occurs, we will collect information, coordinate with related departments, and respond to patient families.
- Case Review Committee Management
- Operates case review committees at the discretion of the hospital director or acting director, or at the request of the Director of Medical Safety Management.
