About in-hospital cancer registration

In-hospital cancer registration is a system in which information such as the location of cancer, the degree of progression, and methods of diagnosis and treatment is registered in order to accurately grasp the status of cancer treatment at hospitals that provide cancer treatment.

Our hospital has been designated as a core cancer treatment hospital in Osaka Prefecture, and in accordance with the requirements for designation as a core cancer treatment hospital in Osaka Prefecture, we provide in-hospital cancer registration information to the National Cancer Center. Information to be registered includes name, address, date of birth, etc., but is anonymized when provided to the National Cancer Center.
