At our hospital, cancer survivors work as peer supporters at the Cancer Counseling Support Center two to three times a month, providing consultation services.
Peer means "friend" or "same position."
"Maybe someone who has had the same experience can understand how I feel right now..."
If you have ever felt this way, please come to the Cancer Counseling Support Center to talk to a peer supporter.

"Warm-up Party"is a group for cancer patients where they can talk openly with each other about how to spend their time during hospitalization, life after discharge, current concerns, etc. The group's activities aim to enable all cancer patients and their families to live their own lives in as much comfort as possible.
We also have volunteers who are cancer survivors, and we believe that because we have both experienced it, we can understand each other better. Please feel free to join us.

This is the second time the fashion show has been held, and the article includes comments from participating patients and nurses at our hospital.
