In our maternity yoga and physical training classes, you will work with a midwife to practice safe exercises that can be done even during pregnancy, with the goal of preparing your body for childbirth. We also plan to include exercises that are effective for minor issues that occur during pregnancy (such as lower back pain, stiff shoulders, and urinary incontinence). We hope you will join us.

subject Those who are 16 weeks or older and whose pregnancy is progressing smoothly
(Outpatients who have received permission from a doctor)
cost 1,650 yen per session (tax included)
reservation Reservations are required and can be made at the reception desk in Block C on the 3rd floor of our hospital.
