Explanation video by a midwifeWe have made it public, so please take a look.
We have a wide variety of pregnant women participating, from first-time mothers about to give birth, to multiparous mothers with childcare experience, and those pregnant with twins. The classes are small, so there is always a homely atmosphere!
In class, students learn about how breast milk is produced through a quiz format, listen to talks about breastfeeding, and practice breastfeeding positions using actual baby dolls.
What are the benefits of breastfeeding? How can you breastfeed your baby so that they can drink easily? What are the signs that your baby is getting enough nutrition? Why not think about breastfeeding while you're still pregnant with our "Breastfeeding Class" with a midwife?
