The Improvement Promotion Office aims to support the development of "improvement activities" from the patient's perspective in order to provide better medical care. To achieve this, we will support staff in changing their awareness and behavior. Efforts made through "improvement activities" will also lead to increased staff satisfaction.
The Improvement Promotion Office will work in cooperation with the Medical Safety Management Office and the Infection Control Office to support activities to ensure the provision of high-quality medical care.

ISO 9001 refers to a Quality Management System. A quality management system is "managing a system to provide better service." Kitano Hospital aims to "satisfy patients and other customers (customer satisfaction)" by providing better service.
