Nurses, who are part of the medical team, aim to work together with other staff members to provide accurate and meticulous patient-centered nursing care.

To ensure that local residents can visit or be admitted to the hospital with peace of mind, and return to their familiar communities and homes, our nurses will work in cooperation with staff from other departments and local health, medical, and welfare organizations to provide accurate and detailed coordination and nursing care.

We believe that education and training of nursing staff is very important so that we can provide better nursing care that meets the needs of patients and their families, and we have established an educational system. We also support the careers and activities of specialist nurses such as specialist nurses, designated nurses, and certified nurses.

Safe, secure, and high-quality nursing practice based on scientific evidence is the foundation for everything we do, and we will continue to strengthen this foundation.
