Late-stage training program 2016 (Heisei 28)
the purpose
While remaining true to our hospital's mission of cultivating leaders in specialist medicine, we have also taken into account the policy of mastering primary care, and have created a program that is quite flexible and tailored to individual aspirations and future career paths, as shown below. (June 2006)
[About the program]
- Decide on a department to be assigned to and undergo straight training (at least 6 months in a year in that department) → For details on straight training, please refer to the program for each department.
- For the remaining six months, rotations to other departments (multiple departments are also possible) are permitted as an option with the approval of the department head.
- As with initial training, attendance at emergency lectures, core lecture series, and international seminars is mandatory in principle.
[About recruitment]
- Internal recruitment (for those who have completed two years of training at our hospital) and external recruitment (for those who have graduated three years or more) will be considered separately. Resident recruitment information for each departmentPlease refer to.
- The training period is three years in principle, but the contract is for one year at a time. In exceptional cases, if a candidate wishes to change their affiliation in the second or third year, this change may be permitted with the approval of the department head.
