Clinical trainee

This program has been specially designed to the extent permitted by the regulations of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and is divided into four courses: "General," "Surgery," "Pediatrics and Obstetrics," and "Wide-area Collaboration."

Our basic policy is to provide a wide range of holistic medical care by understanding not only the patient's physical abnormalities but also the mental problems arising from the external environment surrounding the patient, while also equipping students with basic medical skills that can be applied to any field they choose to work in in the future. We also aim to train doctors who can cooperate with seniors, colleagues, and paramedical staff as members of society and provide team medical care.

Salary
basic salary
  • [1st year] 269,950 yen (average annual salary: approximately 5.5 million yen)
  • [Second year] 312,180 yen (average annual salary: approximately 6 million yen)
Various allowances
  • Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen per month)
  • Housing allowance (25,000 yen per month *Limited to the individual's name)
  • Overtime pay
  • Night and day duty allowance

  • Deadline (basic salary) End of every month
  • Payment date (basic salary) 25th of the month
bonus
  • [1st year] Summer: 70,000 yen, End of year: 200,000 yen
  • [2nd year] Summer: 100,000 yen, End of year: 250,000 yen

Working hours Weekdays 8:45-17:25
*Starting and finishing times may change depending on work circumstances.
Break time Work is conducted for 60 minutes per day on a shift system determined in advance by department.
holiday Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, opening anniversary (1 day in June), New Year's holiday (December 29th to January 3rd)
vacation Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, 20 days from the second year onwards), consecutive leave (maximum of 6 days), sick leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, etc.
Passive smoking prevention Measures in place, smoking prohibited (no smoking on the premises)
Night and day duty Yes (about 5-6 times a month)
others In-hospital medical fee subsidy system, in-hospital nursery, wealth accumulation savings system, group life insurance, training subsidies available (ALS, palliative care training seminars/course fees, textbook fees, transportation costs)
