Public interest reports are accepted through the following means:

1. When officers and employees engage in the business of this corporation,
2. Violating or attempting to violate laws and regulations
3. Not for the purpose of obtaining unfair profits, causing harm to others, or for any other unfair purpose.

It means to report.

Who can make a report?

Any officer or employee of the corporation (including those engaged in the corporation's business under a labor dispatch contract or other contract) or a person who was an employee within one year prior to the day of the report.
*Reports from persons other than those listed above will be handled in accordance with the examples of whistleblowing set out in the regulations.

How to report

Please report to the following hotline after clearly stating your name, contact information, and the facts you are reporting. When reporting in the public interest, please fill out the necessary information on the public interest reporting form and submit it to the hotline below.
*However, even if your name and contact information are not clearly stated, we may accept your report if there is a reasonable reason or basis for the content of the report (documents, photos, emails, etc. that serve as objective evidence of the report content).
If your name and contact information are not clear, we will not notify you of the results of the investigation.
