Weekdays 8:30 AM - 5:10 PM *Shift system (early and late shifts available)
Working system Two-shift work system
Break time Work is conducted for 60 minutes per day on a shift system determined in advance by department.
holiday Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays (December 29th to January 3rd), and the clinic's anniversary (June 1st).

Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, 20 days per year thereafter)*, consecutive leave (6 days)*, and other special leave.

Salary
  • Starting salary: 214,140 yen (for vocational school and junior college graduates)
    222,140 yen (university graduate, postgraduate)
    *Compensation will be determined in accordance with our hospital regulations based on work experience and other factors.
  • Job allowance: 5,000 yen
  • Commuting allowance: 50,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Housing allowance: 25,000 yen (in the employee's name, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Family allowance: 15,000 yen or more (according to our hospital's regulations)
Salary increase Once a year (salary will be revised based on the performance evaluation system)
bonus Twice a year (2025 actuals: June: 1.9 months, December: 2.3 months)
