[Employment conditions]
*These are employment conditions at Kitano Hospital. If you undergo training at an affiliated facility, the employment conditions of the affiliated facility will apply.
Our hospital salary
  • 3rd year after graduation (monthly salary: 393,590 yen)
  • Fourth year after graduation (monthly salary: 420,750 yen)
  • 5th year after graduation (monthly salary: 447,810 yen)
  • *During shifts, overtime work, housing allowance (25,000 yen, in the individual's name only), and commuting allowance will be paid separately in accordance with hospital regulations.
Bonuses
  • Third year after graduation: 500,000 yen (Summer 200,000 yen, End of year: 300,000 yen)
  • Fourth year after graduation: 600,000 yen (Summer 250,000 yen, End of year: 350,000 yen)
  • 5th year after graduation: 700,000 yen (Summer 300,000 yen, End of year: 400,000 yen)
Travel expense subsidy 80,000 yen/year
Employment contract 1 year update
Working hours 8:45-17:25
Daily duty can be
holiday Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holiday (6th), opening anniversary (1st)
vacation Consecutive holidays (6 days) / Paid holidays (10 days in the first year, 20 days per year from the second year onwards)
insurance Health insurance, employee pension insurance, employment insurance, and workers' compensation insurance
