Break time Work is conducted for 60 minutes per day on a shift system determined in advance by department.

Salary
  • Starting salary: 207,140 yen (vocational school graduate) / 215,150 yen (university graduate)
    *For those who have already graduated, compensation will be determined based on years of experience.
  • Job allowance: 5,000 yen
  • Commuting allowance: 50,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Housing allowance: 25,000 yen (in the employee's name, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Family allowance: 15,000 yen and up (according to our hospital's regulations)
Salary increase Once a year (salary will be revised based on the performance evaluation system)
bonus Twice a year (Based on 2025 figures: June: 1.9 months, December: 2.3 months)
