[Immediately after hiring] Cancer registration, auditing of medical records and discharge summaries, ICD coding, DPC form registration, extraction of medical data including disease statistics, and other general duties related to medical information management.

[Scope of changes] as follows:
■ General administrative duties for hospital operations (medical fee billing and management, business management, personnel management, financial management, community liaison, etc.)
■Possible departments to be assigned to: Medical Affairs and Medical Information Management Department, Medical Services Department, Medical Clerk Department, Regional Medical Services Center, Systems Management Department, General Affairs Department, Human Resources Department, Management Planning Department (Planning Section/Finance Section), Purchasing Strategy Department, Facilities Department, Public Relations Department, etc.
■There are no transfers to other locations, but there is a possibility of personnel changes between departments where administrative staff are assigned.

Break time Implementation is carried out in shifts predetermined for each department, with each shift lasting 60 minutes.

Salary
  • Monthly salary: From 220,000 yen
  • Commuting allowance: 50,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Housing allowance: 25,000 yen (according to hospital regulations)
  • Family allowance: from 15,000 yen
*The above is only the starting salary. Compensation will be determined based on work experience and other factors.
Salary increase Salary review once a year (based on performance evaluation).
