Employment conditions
Salary	Monthly salary: From 220,000 yen Commuting allowance: 50,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations) Housing allowance: 25,000 yen (according to hospital regulations) Family allowance: from 15,000 yen *The above is the starting salary. We will give preferential treatment based on work experience, etc.
Salary increase	Salaries will be revised based on the evaluation of the personnel evaluation system.
bonus	年2回（2025年度実績／6月：1.9ヶ月、12月：2.3ヶ月）
Working hours	Weekdays 8:45-17:25
Business content	Cancer registration, medical record and discharge summary auditing, ICD coding, DPC form registration, medical data extraction including disease statistics, and other general medical information management tasks
holiday	Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, opening anniversary (1st of June), New Year's holiday (6th)
vacation	Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, 20 days from the following year), consecutive leave (6 days) * The number of days granted varies depending on the date of employment.
