Employment conditions
Salary
  • Monthly salary: 215,140 yen (university graduate)
  • Job allowance: 5,000 yen
  • Commuting allowance: 50,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations)
  • Housing allowance: 25,000 yen (maximum monthly limit, in accordance with hospital regulations) *Only in the individual's name
*The above is the starting salary. We will give preferential treatment according to years of experience.
Salary increase Salaries will be revised based on the evaluation of the personnel evaluation system.
bonus Twice a year (FY2023 results: June: 1.9 months, December: 2.3 months)
Working hours 8:30-17:10 (9:00-17:40/11:20-20:00 shifts also available)
*There is a possibility of working night shifts and holidays in the future. If you work on a holiday, you will receive a compensatory day off on a weekday.
Break time Work is conducted for 60 minutes per day on a shift system determined in advance by department.

Emergency department hotline response, medical assistance, inventory management, patient transport, emergency patient response, cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, etc.

vacation Paid vacation (10 days in the first year, 20 days from the second year onwards), consecutive vacation (6 days)
