1. Visit a local medical institution

As a general rule, we ask that you prepare a medical information form (referral letter) when visiting our hospital. Please first obtain a referral letter from your regular clinic.

If you have a letter of introduction

Please make an appointment for your first visit. You can make an appointment yourself, or through the medical institution that issued the referral letter. For more information, please refer to the linked page.
Please note that although you can visit the clinic without making an appointment, some departments require an appointment and there is a possibility that a specialist may not be available on the day of your appointment.

If you do not have a letter of introduction

We do not accept appointments for first consultations. With the exception of some medical departments, you can be seen without a referral letter, but in addition to the consultation fee, you will be charged a selected medical fee that is not covered by insurance. Please also note that there are some medical departments that you cannot see without a referral letter.

2. Our clinic reception

If you have a letter of introduction

If you do not have a letter of introduction

For those returning for a follow-up visit	If you do not have a reservation, please speak to the reception desk of your outpatient block. If you have an appointment, please insert your patient card into the re-examination machine on the first floor of the main building and wait in the waiting area outside your block.

3. Examination and testing

Please follow your appointment and the instructions of the staff to complete your consultation and examination. After your consultation, please receive your outpatient basic prescription from the staff.

Please take the outpatient basic form to the first floor of the main building. ②Calculation desk Please submit it to us and we will calculate the consultation fee.
Furthermore, if you use our deferred payment service for consultation and hospitalization fees, you can leave without having to wait to pay, so please make use of this service.

5. Accounting
