We believe it is important to learn from nursing experience. We support students in reflecting on and examining the nursing practice they have carried out so that they can apply what they have learned to their future nursing.

At our hospital, we have training sessions once a year for the first three years, where students are required to describe the nursing care they have provided and learn through case studies. By facing the meaning and value of the nursing care they have provided, we aim to help students grow into nurses who can respond to diverse and complex situations.
