We are promoting the creation of a culture in which employees can easily use systems and a workplace environment where employees can help each other. The following support systems are also available to help employees raise children or care for elderly relatives with peace of mind and to create an appropriate work-life balance environment.
- Maternity leave (fully paid) available
- Childcare leave (1 year, unpaid) available
- You can take caregiving leave (93 days, unpaid)
- You can take paid childcare leave (up to 10 days per year) to care for your child.
- There is a system in place to subsidize in-hospital medical expenses (full amount for the patient and 50% for dependents). However, you must apply for this within two months of the date of your consultation.
