Regarding the procedures that are required early in clinical practice,4Month~6We hold practical training sessions early in the month to ensure that trainee doctors do not have any problems in the field. Below is an example of practical training.

■ Cardiopulmonary resuscitation training

■ Suturing practice

■ Abdominal ultrasound training

■ Echocardiography training

■ High flow therapy, NPPV training, etc.

In addition, we invite trainees to participate in procedural training. To date, we have conducted splinting, pericardiocentesis, thoracentesis, and gastric tube insertion. In this way, one of the features of Kitano Hospital is that we can flexibly plan training and have a large number of supervising physicians who are willing to cooperate.
