Our hospital holds a variety of educational events to complement the knowledge and skills of young doctors.

| Internal medicine CC | A case conference in which each department of internal medicine takes turns being responsible every week. |

| Daytime lecture | Lectures are given in rotation every week by medical departments including internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry. |
| Emergency Case Review Meeting | This is a forum run by interns to discuss emergency cases they have experienced, such as difficult cases where they were diagnosed incorrectly, and at the end of the session, they receive accurate feedback from the supervising physicians and residents in the department in charge of the cases. |
| First aid lecture | Lectures related to emergency care given by specialists in all fields. |

| CPC | The attending physician will present a case, and the junior residents will take turns discussing the case, presenting their thoughts on the case, and the pathologist will present the pathological findings. |

For the techniques that are needed immediately in clinical practice, we hold training sessions early on between April and June to ensure that trainees do not have any problems in the field.

In addition, we invite trainees to participate in procedural training. To date, we have conducted splinting, cardiac puncture, thoracentesis, and gastric tube insertion. One of the features of Kitano Hospital is that we can flexibly plan training programs, and we have a large number of supervising physicians who are willing to cooperate.
