Regarding applicability as a special civil law corporation with "particularly close ties with the state"
Regarding the provisions of the National Public Service Act and other laws, our corporation does not fall under the category of a "corporation with particularly close ties to the state," which requires prior notification to the government when a former national public servant re-employs as an officer of a corporation. We hereby announce this fact.
