About Us
*The event dates may change, so please check the website again in the month prior to the event.
The Suzuran Club is a group for graduates of our hospital's NICU.
For children who have been discharged from the NICU, discharge is not a goal but the start of a new life, so the event is held with the aim of supporting families by providing a place for interaction between children and their families.
Another goal is to provide support to families of children currently hospitalized by learning about the concerns that families are facing.

The first event was held in December 2011, and has been held once a year ever since.
Although the Suzuran Club is primarily a place for social interaction, we also plan programs such as mini lectures and recreational activities to allow children and their families to spend meaningful time together.
As a memento, we give each participating family a message card with a group photo.
Participating families gave feedback such as, "It was good to be able to talk with other mothers," "It was very meaningful to be able to meet and talk with the mothers and children who spent time with me in the NICU," and "It was good to be able to meet the NICU nurses again after a long time and have them see how my child has grown."
Please come and visit with your children who have graduated from Kitano Hospital's NICU and are now all grown up.

Children with food allergies should be careful about the snacks and drinks they consume.
If you have cold symptoms, please refrain from participating. We will take your temperature and check for cold symptoms on the day.
Please contact the NICU via the hospital's main phone number (06-6312-1221).
*We are looking for people who can help run the event. Please feel free to contact our staff.
