In-hospital gallery

To help lift the spirits of our patients, our hospital displays a large mural by artist Kimura Hideki and numerous paintings by artist Ikebata Toshikazu.

When you visit our clinic, please be sure to view the powerful and energetic mural "Sunflower" by artist Kimura Hideki, as well as the warm, poetic paintings by artist Ikebata Toshikazu.

Artist Toshikazu Ikebata

These wonderful works are warmly and poetically painted depictions of sky and water blending beautifully with the street, modern European landscapes, Musashino's nature, and seasonal flowers such as roses and cosmos. Many of the paintings, including 10 pieces measuring 100cm, are on display on various floors of the hospital, including the Prana Hall on the 5th floor. The paintings by artist Toshikazu Ikebata were generously donated to the hospital by his son, Hiroyuki Ikebata, and his family.

Mural "Sunflower" (from the basement floor to the 3rd floor atrium)

ひまわりの壁画

This huge "Sunflower" mural stretches 15 meters wide and 23 meters high and is painted in the atrium between the basement and the third floor. The vibrant sunflower painting embodies artist Kimura Hideki's passion: "Energy is not something that is bestowed upon you, it's something that you have to grab for yourself. I want to confront illness head-on and give patients the power to heal their illnesses through my paintings."
