Service Overview
This service allows you to go home after your consultation without paying.
Normally, after your consultation, you would submit your outpatient basic prescription to the ``② Calculation Counter'', and our staff would calculate the amount to be charged, and then you would be asked to pay at ``③ Accounting'' or the ``Automatic Payment Machine''.
By using the "Post-Payment Service," patients can simply submit their outpatient basic prescription to the "② Calculation Counter" after their consultation and go home immediately.

- To useUser registration siteYou must register in advance from the website. You can register from your own computer or smartphone. You can also change your registration information at any time from the user registration site.
- You can use the service without checking in at the dedicated reception machine.
- It can be used to pay not only outpatient fees but also hospital fees.
- The payment amount will be sent to your registered email address along with a payment completion notification.
- Receipts and statements can be viewed online from the receipt notification email. If you need the original, you can issue it later from a dedicated issuing terminal.

Usage procedure

Outpatient visits
- reception
Enter at the deferred payment service reception machine. You will be issued a "Deferred Payment Service Usage Slip," so be sure to pick it up.
- consultation
Please go to your appointment as usual. After your appointment, please collect your outpatient basic card, prescription, appointment slip, etc.
- Return home
Please submit the "Post-Payment Service Usage Slip" along with your outpatient basic prescription or examination appointment slip to the billing counter ②. You can go home without waiting for payment.
In case of hospitalization

You can go home without having to wait for the bill.

- A. We only accept lump-sum payments.
- Q. How do I find out the cost?
- A. We will notify you of the cost and credit card payment completion via the email address you registered at a later date. You will receive this notification approximately 5 days after the consultation date.
- Q. I have registered for the deferred payment service, but can I pay in cash?
- A. Yes, you can. After your consultation, please pay using the automatic payment machine or at the cashier (3).
- Q. Can I use it to pay hospital fees?
- A. Yes, it is. However, there are terms and conditions for use, so please contact the accounting department (3) for details.
- Q. I can't pre-register. I haven't received the application URL email.
- A. There may be an error in the email address you registered, or it may have been classified as spam. Please make sure that you can receive emails from the email domain "kitano-hp.or.jp" that we use to send emails.
- Q. Can I use a debit card?
- A. It cannot be used.
- Q. I can't log in to the registration site.
- A. If you have forgotten your user ID or password, please check "If you have forgotten your user ID, click here" or "If you have forgotten your password, click here" on the user registration site.
- Q. The deferred payment slip is not coming out of the deferred payment machine.
- A. You cannot use the service until about 15 minutes have passed since pre-registration. Also, there may be cases where you cannot use the service due to the terms of use, so please contact the accounting department (③).
- Q. I need a receipt or itemized statement.
- A. After receiving the payment completion email, please use our receipt and statement issuing machine.
- Q. I would like to cancel my registration.
- A. This needs to be set up at our hospital, so please contact the accounting department (③).
