Meals during health checkups

About meals

The menu was created in collaboration between our hospital's registered dietitian and Hotel New Otani Osaka. It is a health-conscious meal exclusively for medical checkup patients.

Main dish
  • Grilled pork loin with salt and koji
    Served with sautéed onions, frilled lettuce, baby leaves, broccoli, tomato, lemon, and sesame dressing
  • Grilled salmon with miso sauce
    Kosode yuzu egg, flower lotus root, sakura shrimp and komatsuna simmered in soy sauce, red and white lily root tea cloth

  • Hime Koya Tofu and Shrimp Potato with Kinoko An
    Shiitake mushrooms, Maitake mushrooms, Uranchi mushrooms, and green beans
  • Japanese-style seaweed salad
    Wakame seaweed, seaweed noodles, tosaka, mizuna, simmered green onion, burdock
