Nurse and midwife uniforms

Medical Research Institute Kitano Hospital renewed its nurse and midwife uniforms on April 1, 2023.

We have prepared two types of uniforms, one for the day shift and one for the night shift, so that day and night shift staff can be easily identified. This makes it clear who is on duty and who is working overtime, even during shift changes, and aims to raise awareness among staff and the employees themselves, thereby reducing unnecessary overtime work.
