Stroke consultation

Kitano Hospital has set up a Stroke Consultation Desk that can be used by patients and their families who are currently hospitalized or have previously been hospitalized due to a stroke.

We provide a variety of support, such as coordinating with your family doctor after discharge, providing information on welfare services available to you, and advising on where to transfer to another hospital, so please feel free to use our services.

Examples of consultation content

• I want to use the long-term care insurance system.
• I want to apply for a disability certificate. Are there any services I can use with my disability certificate?
• I'm currently hospitalized, but how do I find a new hospital to transfer to?
• Can I continue rehabilitation after being discharged from hospital?

The contents of the consultation will be kept strictly confidential.
