How to make a reservation
Applications must be made through a medical institution.
We do not accept applications directly from patients.
Reception hours
*Faxes can be received 24 hours a day, but it may take 4 to 5 days to confirm the reservation date and time.
*Reservations cannot be made on the day of application.

A representative will then contact you to schedule an appointment.
- If we are unable to make a reservation for your desired date and time, or if we have any questions, we will call you.
- To ensure a smooth consultation on the day, we may ask you to mail (or bring in) a medical information form (letter of referral) and image data by the day before.
Cases where we do not accept consultations
- If your doctor does not agree
- Dissatisfaction with the current hospital or doctor
- Medical malpractice and legal dispute consultation
- Consultations regarding medical expenses and medical benefits
- In the case of a deceased patient
- Inquiries from people other than patients and their families
- If the consultation content is outside our specialty
- If you do not have the medical information report, test data, image data, or other documents specified by our hospital
- If you are not receiving treatment at a medical institution in Japan
- If you cannot have everyday conversations in Japanese
