Maternity yoga classes have started.
Those who can participate in maternity yoga classes
- Pregnant women who are 16 weeks or older and whose pregnancy is progressing smoothly
- Those who are concerned about lower back pain and stiff shoulders due to pregnancy

1st to 4th Thursdays 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Starting in May 2006, the start time will be 10:30.
We are closed on the first Thursday of May.

Characteristics of Prenatal Yoga
- Exercise, breathing, relaxation, meditation
