Starting September 1, 2025, referring medical institutions will be able to refer patients to our hospital online using the web tool "Yakubato Hospital-Clinic Collaboration." Please use this in addition to the traditional fax referral system.

Online referral booking in 3 steps

• The information entered by the referring medical institution isReferral department・Patient name・telephone number・Injury/illness nameAnd so on.
• Appointment dates and times will be arranged directly between the patient and the hospital.
• In case of emergency, please call the Regional Medical Service Center (06-6131-2955).
• The service is free of charge to the referring medical institution.
• Applications can still be made by fax as usual.
