Registered Physician System

The Kitano Hospital Registered Physician System aims to promote collaboration in medical practice and the improvement and refinement of medical technology in order to provide high-quality, consistent, and better medical care to patients referred to Kitano Hospital by registered physicians.

What is a registered doctor?

Our registered doctors are:Doctors who have submitted a "Registered Physician Notification Form" and have been approved by our hospital are considered registered doctors.

The term of registration as a registered physician at our hospital is one year from the date of registration, and will be automatically renewed unless there is any objection from either party. However, if our hospital or the Open Hospital Bed Management Council determines that the person is unsuitable as a registered physician, the registration may be cancelled at that time.

Registered Physician Benefits

Our registered physicians are entitled to the following benefits:

1. Shared use of facilities for examining referred patients (open hospital beds, etc.)
2. Use of the library
3. Use of the Community Medical Research Laboratory
4. Visiting referred patients, exchanging opinions with the hospital's attending physician, and viewing medical records (notification required)
5. Participation in case conferences, training sessions, and academic meetings
6. Posting the names of registered medical institutions on our website (family doctor list)
7. Promoting proactive referrals to registered medical institutions
8. Disclosure of medical institution information and career history of registered doctors in our hospital database to promote reverse referrals
9. Issuance of a registered physician certificate
10. Information distribution via a dedicated mailing list (separate application required)
