At our hospital's Health Management Center, we regularly conduct satisfaction surveys to ensure that everyone who undergoes a comprehensive health checkup receives a safer and more comfortable environment. The survey for fiscal year 2025 was conducted as follows:
|
• Implementation period: December 1st to December 26th, 2025 • Survey subjects: All individuals who underwent a comprehensive health checkup at our hospital's Health Management Center. • Survey method: Anonymous questionnaire survey |
Through this survey, we received high praise from many people regarding the hospital staff's service, the doctors' explanations of the results, and the post-examination meal (provided by Hotel New Otani).
At our clinic, we aim not only to detect illnesses early, but also to create an environment where all our patients can relax both physically and mentally. We will use your kind words of praise as encouragement to further improve our hospitality.
We take your specific feedback seriously and are prioritizing improvements and considerations for the following items.
① Improvement of facility environment and amenities
In response to feedback expressing concerns about moving around in hospital slippers, we are changing to materials with higher slip resistance and re-evaluating the safe walking environment. Furthermore, to improve convenience during waiting times, we are currently considering improving and expanding the Wi-Fi environment within the center.
② Enhanced privacy protection and sense of security
In response to concerns about privacy during call-outs, we have begun considering the introduction of a call-out system that uses numbers instead of names. Furthermore, to ensure that all guests using our accommodation facilities can rest with greater peace of mind, we will be strengthening the security system on the accommodation floors.
③ Optimization of the consultation process and provision of information
Based on requests such as "I would like to receive the pre-consultation information materials earlier" and "I would like the directions to be easier to understand," we are reviewing the mailing schedule and progressively revising the information leaflets to make them more visually appealing.
Our center believes it has a duty to continue providing high-quality medical services as a partner in protecting the health of the local community. The issues revealed in this survey are important guidelines for us to grow into a better medical institution. We will continue to conduct such surveys regularly and address each and every opinion to aim for a clean, safe center where people will want to receive treatment again.
