what's new
At our hospital, during our annual health checkups, a lunch themed around "health" is jointly designed and offered to everyone by a registered dietitian and Hotel New Otani Osaka (Chuo-ku, Osaka). We have now compiled the results of a survey regarding the "Intestinal Health Bento" (offered from August 2024 to July 2025), which was based on the concept of promoting intestinal health.

We received a variety of comments, such as, "It was a well-balanced meal," "The colors and presentation were beautiful. It was a truly wonderful meal that was visually appealing and delicious to eat," and "I look forward to the bento box after my check-up every year. It was delicious again this year. I especially liked the small bowl of yuba (tofu skin) and the Saikyo-yaki (grilled fish marinated in miso)." Overall, the quantity, seasoning, and menu received positive feedback. Please look forward to our future menus.
