Our hospital has been working on a human resources development project in collaboration with the ANA Group airline since 2021. As part of this project, on October 15, 2025, we held a "customer service training" session, inviting experienced cabin attendants and ground staff to serve as lecturers.

This training centered on lectures on the importance of building trusting relationships with others, and included role-playing on speaking and listening techniques that lead to trust. Participants learned how to express consideration for others through the four basics of facial expressions, appearance, posture, and conversational skills.
Through practical initiatives that put ourselves in the shoes of our patients and colleagues, we hope to use this knowledge to improve our services in the future.
