Locations for "Facial Recognition Card Readers" and "Smartphone Card Readers"

Your My Number health insurance card will be checked every time you visit the hospital, so when you visit, please hold your My Number card or smartphone over the facial recognition card reader or smartphone card reader located at the following locations for authentication. These are located on the first floor of the main building and the first floor of the new building, so you can authenticate at any location.

If you have a "certificate of eligibility," you can receive medical treatment covered by insurance.

Even if you do not have a My Number card or smartphone, or have not registered to use your My Number health insurance card, you can still receive medical treatment under insurance if you have a "Qualification Confirmation Letter" sent to you by your insurer.
