The "Health Insurance Card Verification Counter" will cease operation on June 30, 2025.

From July 1st onwards, please bring your My Number card with you when you visit the hospital, and use the My Number Health Insurance Card Authentication Machine (see MAP below) each time you visit.★Please use facial recognition with the "Seal" or your PIN number for authentication.

If you wish to use the eligibility confirmation certificate, those who have a public medical care recipient certificate should complete the procedure at "① First visit counter."
