Our hospital has been working on a human resources development project in collaboration with the ANA Group airline since 2021. As part of this project, on June 3, 2025, we held a "customer service training" session, inviting experienced cabin attendants and ground staff to serve as lecturers.

The participants were new staff who had just joined our hospital in April. By focusing on lectures on how to build trusting relationships with others and improve responsiveness, as well as role-playing, the participants acquired knowledge that will help improve practical services from the patient's perspective.
