On March 28, 2025, we held a cherry blossom viewing walk at Ogimachi Park with hospitalized patients for the first time in six years.

Until recently, during cherry blossom season, our hospital would hold a cherry blossom viewing walk every year with hospitalized patients at Ogimachi Park, located next to the hospital. However, the last event in March 2019 was forced to be suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and rainy weather, and was finally able to resume this year.

In Osaka Prefecture, the cherry blossoms were declared to have bloomed just yesterday, the 27th, and although they were only about one-tenth of the way up, everyone was able to enjoy some fresh air for the first time in a while.

During the walk, a family member of a hospitalized patient brought an owl, which was enjoyed by both the patients and staff.
