As new issuance of health insurance cards will be discontinued on December 2, 2024, our hospital also asks that you use your My Number card as your health insurance card (My Number Health Insurance Card). The reception staff will ask you to present your My Number card, so please remember to bring it with you when you visit.

In addition, even if you do not have a My Number card or have not registered to use your My Number health insurance card, you can still receive treatment if you have your current health insurance card or an "eligibility confirmation letter" sent by your insurer before the expiration date.

We will check your My Number health insurance card each time you visit our clinic, so when you visit, please hold your My Number card over the facial recognition card reader located at the following location for authentication.
