Our hospital uses the "New Cook-Chill" method for preparing meals, which involves rapidly cooling the food after cooking, storing it in a chilled state, and then serving and reheating it. As part of this renewal, we have changed the equipment used to reheat the food to a microwave-type system similar to a microwave oven. By using this equipment,10Food can be heated from the center in just a few minutes, and both hot and cold dishes can be served at the appropriate temperature.
