Kitano Hospital is continually working to improve its services by listening to patient feedback. This year, we will be conducting a "survey of outpatients" on Monday, November 11, 2024, with the aim of identifying areas for improvement and improving our patient services.

[Implementation method] Questionnaire paper (distributed on the day on the first floor of the main building of Kitano Hospital) and online questionnaire form (distributed to followers of our official LINE account)

Staff may ask all patients visiting on the day to fill out a questionnaire, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*A questionnaire survey targeting hospitalized patients is also scheduled to be conducted from mid-November onwards.
