As new issuance of health insurance cards will be discontinued on December 2, 2024, and will be unified with the My Number card, we at our hospital are asking you to use your My Number card as your health insurance card (My Number Health Insurance Card). The reception staff will ask you to present your My Number card, so please do not forget to bring it with you when you visit.

In addition, we will check your My Number health insurance card not only at your first visit but at each consultation, so when you visit our clinic, please hold your My Number card over the ``face recognition reception machine'' located at the location below to authenticate yourself.
