[Held on October 10, 2024] Be yourself through the power of beauty: "Appearance care during cancer treatment" seminar

Those affected by cancer may experience changes in appearance due to cancer treatment, such as dull skin and loss of hair, eyebrows, and eyelashes. Although these changes are not directly life-threatening, they can sometimes cause great psychological damage, and many people experience distress at not being able to live life as before. However, by learning to cope with these changes in their own way with a little care for their appearance, even if the changes in their appearance are difficult to accept, they can become a catalyst for coming to terms with them and living life as themselves.

Therefore, this time, we invited a "social area partner" from Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd., who is an expert in appearance care, to be the lecturer, and we created an opportunity for cancer patients, their families, and interested members of the public to learn about practical appearance care in a fun, hands-on format.

Beauty professionals will personally teach you about skin care, complexion makeup, eyebrow makeup, and more. Come watch, listen, and try out these skincare methods, and have fun learning together!
