On June 18, 2024, two of our hospital's certified palliative care nurses and certified breast cancer nurses visited Osaka Municipal Kitaryo Junior High School and gave a cancer education class to the second-year students.
During the class, we talked about topics such as "What kind of disease is cancer?", "How can we reduce the risk of cancer?", "Early detection and treatment", and "Cancer screening".The school's official websiteIt was introduced in Cancer Education (2nd year).


In addition, for two days on June 19th and 20th, 2024, we welcomed students from Osaka Municipal Tenma Junior High School to our hospital, and over the two days we provided them with a variety of work experiences, including "experience what it's like to be visually impaired," "cardiopulmonary resuscitation," "making message cards to accompany special occasion meals," and "working with plaster, which is used for taking dental impressions."
